Notice is hereby given per Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 116, that Dale Barfnecht has made application to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency or the County of Carver for a permit to construct or expand a feedlot with a capacity of 500 animal units or more.
The existing and/or proposed feedlot will be located in the E 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 10, Township One Hundred Seventeen (117), Range Zero Twenty-six (026), Hollywood Township, Carver County, Minnesota. The existing facility consists of total and partial confinement and concrete lagoon. The proposed facility consists of cows calving and just fresh cows in a total confinement building. The total animal unit capacity will be 584 animal units.
This publication shall constitute as notice to each resident and each owner of real property within 5,000 feet of the perimeter of the proposed feedlot as required by Minnesota State Law.
