PUBLIC HEARING – VARIANCE
CITY OF NEW GERMANY
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of New Germany will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 19, 2013, at the New Germany City Hall located at 300 Broadway Street East, New Germany, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a rear yard setback variance for the placement of a shed located at 450 Park Street East within the City of New Germany municipal limits.
The application for the variance is available for review at the City Hall during normal business hours.
All interested parties are urged to attend this hearing and give verbal or written testimony.
