REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Wright County Public Safety Software
Elert & Associates, on behalf of the Wright County (MN) Sheriff’s Office, will release a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Public Safety Software System on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at 4:00 pm Central Time. Vendors may send an email to Peter Behnke at Elert & Associates, peter.behnke@elert.com, requesting a copy of the bid package. Please type the words, “Request for Wright County RFP” in your subject line. Vendors who obtain copies from other sources will not receive amendments or notices.
Sealed Proposals for the Wright County Public Safety Software Project will be received by Wright County until 2:00 PM on Friday, January 17, 2014 at which time the Proposals will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Wright County Board Room.
Overall, the department requires a state of the art public safety software system that is user friendly from the perspective of both data input and data output functions. The system needs to provide consistent and reliable statistics and accurate databases. The system will manage the activities of the Sheriff’s Office including but not limited to Incident Reporting, 9-1-1 Dispatch, Jail, Civil and Mobile.

PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Waverly Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers of Waverly City Hall on Thursday, December 19, 2013 to consider the proposed preliminary layout for the re-platting of the Carrigan Estates planned unit development as a residential subdivision.
The preliminary plat, if approved, would allow the re-plat of property in the Carrigan Estates planned unit development as a residential subdivision. The common property around existing homes is proposed for platting as separate land parcels.
Interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing in person or by agent or attorney to provide comments in favor or in opposition of the proposed preliminary plat.
