NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
An application for a variance to the Winsted Zoning Ordinance has been submitted by Church of the Holy Trinity, 111 Winsted Avenue West, Winsted, MN 55395.
The application, if approved, would authorize:
An addition on the north of the existing structure (church) no further than twenty-eight (28) feet to the north. The ordinance requires a thirty (30) feet setback to any public way.
A public hearing will be held by the Winsted Planning Commission on Monday, January 13, 2014 at 6:00 PM at City Hall (201 – 1st Street North), at which time you may appear if you so desire, either in person or by agent or attorney, in opposition to or support of the variance. If you would like to make comment but will be unable to attend the hearing, you may do so by writing the City of Winsted, PO Box 126, Winsted, MN 55395.
