annual meeting
The annual meeting of the Dassel Area Historical Society will be Tuesday, Jan. 28, 6 p.m. at the History Center located at 901 1st St. N. in Dassel. A light supper (open-faced sandwiches, fruit salad, and beverage) will be served at 5:30 p.m., prior to the meeting.
Items on the meeting agenda include election of officers and directors and approval of the 2014 budget. A re-cap of the year and plans for 2014 will be presented.
Interested people are encouraged to attend.

It is Ordered and Notice is given that on Feb. 5, 2014, at 1:30 p.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at Ten Second Street NW, Buffalo, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the will of the Decendent, dated May 7, 2012, under Minn. Stat. 524. 2-513 (“Will”), and for the appointment of Rebecca K. Couette and Dennis L. Terning, whose address is Terning Seeds Inc., 15365 60th Street SW, Cokato, MN 55321 and 15343 60th Street Sw, Cokato, MN 55321 as co-personal representatives of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed, the co-personal representatives will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. Stat. 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
