REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
WRIGHT COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
DRAINAGE INSPECTOR
In compliance with Minnesota statutes, Section 103E.065, the Wright County Board of Commissioners intends to appoint a Drainage Inspector for Wright County and is seeking proposals from individuals interested in serving in the position. The Request for Proposals (RFP) can be found on the County’s website: www.co.wright.mn.us Copies of the RFP can also be requested by contacting Robert J. Hiivala, Wright County Auditor-Treasurer, as listed below.
Proposers shall include a resume describing their qualifications and experience. Proposals shall be for calendar year 2014. Compensation will be based upon qualifications and experience.
All proposals shall be in writing and delivered to the Office of Robert J. Hiivala, Wright County Auditor-Treasurer, Wright County Government Center, Room 230, 10 2nd Street NW, Buffalo, MN 55313, no later than February 21, 2014 at 4:30 PM. The Wright County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal in the best interests of the County.

Notice is given that on February 18, 2014, at 1:30 p.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at 10 NW Second Street, Buffalo, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, January 21, 2002, (“Will”), and for the appointment of Rodney Erickson, whose address is 421 County Road 3 NW, Cokato, MN 55321 and Kenneth Erickson, whose address is 136 – 19 1⁄2 Avenue North, St. Cloud, MN 56303-4425 as Personal Representatives of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. Stat. 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

Notice is hereby given the Cokato Planning & Zoning Commission, Wright County, Minnesota will conduct a public hearing at 6 p.m., Monday, February 10th, 2014 in the council chamber to consider an application from Al Baldwin for a Special Use/Site Plan to allow a business expansion (LP Service) in the North Industrial Park (Olsen/Swendra Blvds).
Persons wishing to be heard regarding this business expansion will have an opportunity to do so at the public hearing. Written comments may be submitted at any time prior to the commission meeting.
