Notice is hereby given, that on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 the Middleville Township Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing at the Middleville Township Hall at 7:00 pm to consider the following item:
Patrick Pawelk is requesting a variance for the purpose of having more animals on his 5 acres than is allowed by ordinance. He is allowed 2.5 animal units, but he currently has 7.036 animal units. This is PID# 212-000-044101 and is located at 631 Co Rd 6 SW.
Such persons that desire to be heard with reference to the proposed variance will be heard at this time. If you do not attend the hearing or submit written comment, it will be assumed that you have no objections to the proposal.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
LESTER PRAIRIE
Sealed bids will be received by Lester Prairie School District for furnishing all equipment, labor, and materials for the following: Roofing Repairs
Bids shall be submitted upon the form provided at the mandatory pre-bid meeting, held April 10th, 2014. Bids must be submitted in duplicate and shall be addressed and delivered in an opaque envelope marked, “Sealed Bid 2014 Roofing Repairs” with the name of the bidder showing, no later than 2:00 p.m., April 17th, 2014. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened.

Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check from a solvent bank in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid, payable to the Owner, as security that if awarded the work, the bidder will sign a contract.
All Contractors shall attend the mandatory pre-bid conference to inspect the job site and to ensure comprehension of the specifications. Specifications shall be distributed at the time of the pre-bid meeting. Contractors who do not attend the pre-bid conference shall be disqualified from bidding. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities or irregularities and enter into such contract or contracts as deemed in the best interests of the Lester Prairie School District.
