NOTICE OF CALL FOR BIDS - Sealed proposals will be received by the Wright County Highway Department, Minnesota, until 9:00 a.m. on Friday, April 25, 2014 at the Office of the County Highway Department at 1901 Highway 25 North in Buffalo, Minnesota, for the Seasonal Requirements of the following:

Bids shall be submitted on proposal forms which may be obtained at the Office of the Wright County Highway Engineer, Public Works Building, 1901 Highway 25 North, Buffalo, Minnesota, 55313, located along T.H. 25, 2 miles north of T.H. 55. Bid envelope should be labeled in lower left corner of envelope as to contents.

It is Ordered and Notice is given that on 4-14-14 at 8:30 A.M., a hearing will be held in this Court at McLeod County Courthouse, 830 11th Street East, Glencoe, MN 55336, on a petition for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the decedent’s Will dated May 20, 2010, and for the appointment of JoAnn R. White whose address is 305 Manitoba Lane, Little Canada, MN 55117 as personal representative of the decedent’s estate in a supervised administration.
Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing. If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the personal representative will be appointed with the full power to administer the decedent’s estate, including the power to collect all assets; pay all legal debts, claims, taxes, and expenses; sell real and personal property; and do all necessary acts for the decedent’s estate.
Notice is further given that, subject to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801, all creditors having claims against the decedent’s estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court within four (4) months after the date of this notice or the claims will be barred.
