NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the Local Board of Appeal and Equalization of the CITY OF WAVERLY of Wright County, Minnesota, will meet at the Office of the Clerk in said City at 6:30:00 P.M. on Thursday, the 24th day of April, 2014 for the purpose of reviewing and correcting the assessment of said City for the year, 2014. All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment, or who wish to complain that the property of another is assessed too low, are hereby notified to appear at said meeting and show cause of having such assessment corrected.
No complaint that another person is assessed too low will be acted upon until the person so assessed, or his agent, shall have been notified of such complaint.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ISSUANCE OF
MULTIFAMILY HOUSING REVENUE BONDS TO REFINANCE A PROJECT UNDER MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 462C
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Howard Lake, Minnesota (the “Council”) will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6, 2014, at the City Hall in Howard Lake, Minnesota, to conduct a public hearing on a proposal that the City of Howard Lake (the “City”) undertake to issue refunding revenue bonds in an amount presently estimated not to exceed $950,000 (the “Bonds”) under the Municipal Housing Programs Act, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 462C, to refinance the acquisition and construction of a multifamily housing project consisting of a 24-unit single level apartment complex, known as Shoreline Commons (the “Project”). The Project is located at 790 Shoreline Drive in the City. The Project is owned and operated by Howard Lake Housing Partnership, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (the “Borrower”), whose sole member is Central Minnesota Housing Partnership, Inc., a Minnesota nonprofit corporation. The Bonds will be special limited obligations of the City payable solely from the revenues pledged to the payment thereof, except that such Bonds may be secured by a mortgage or other encumbrance on the Project. No holder of any such Bond shall ever have the right to compel any exercise of the taxing power of the City to pay the Bonds, or the interest thereof, nor to enforce payment thereon against any property of the City except the Project.
