RECEIPT AND OPENING OF PROPOSALS: Sealed proposals for the work described below will be received by the City Administrator at the City Hall, 201 1st Street North, Winsted, MN 55395 until 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2014, at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes the following:
A. New Pretreatment Facilities
B. Concrete Process Tanks
C. Oxidation Ditch, Final Clarifiers and Misc. Process Equipment Replacement
D. New PD Blowers, Reaeration Basin and Diffusers
E. New UV Equipment
F. Upgrade HVAC, Electrical and Controls
G. New Submersible Lift Station and Approximately 3,100 LF of Forcemain
COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the Contract must be complete within 470 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
MINIMUM CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS: The Bidder shall have experience as a General Contractor in the successful completion of at least three municipal wastewater treatment plants within the last five (5) years.

Bids will be received on a lump sum basis.
BID SECURITY: A certified check or a Bid Bond satisfactory to the City of Winsted, MN, in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total Bid price submitted must accompany each Bid.
LABOR RATES - MINIMUM WAGE REQUIREMENTS: This project is being funded by the Minnesota Public Facilities Authority, including funds from the Clean Water, Land, and Legacy Amendment, and the City of Winsted, MN. The project is subject to the State of Minnesota minimum wages. The project is subject to the State of Minnesota minimum wages.
PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS: The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond each in the amount of the Contract.
The Bid, Agreement, and Bonds shall be conditioned upon compliance with all provisions of the Bid Documents.
PROJECT ADMINISTRATION: All questions relative to this project prior to the opening of bids shall be directed to the Engineer/Manager for the project. It shall be understood, however, that no specification interpretations will be made by telephone.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
YOU ARE HEREBY notified that the regular meeting of the McLeod County Planning Commission has been scheduled on Wednesday, the 28th day of May 2014 at 9:30 A.M. in the County Board Room on the lower level of the Courthouse at 830 - 11th Street East in Glencoe, Minnesota.
McLeod County does hereby hold a Public Hearing for the amendment to the McLeod County Zoning Ordinance, Section 12, “FP” Floodplain District. The entire ordinance is being amended to be in compliance with new statewide statute and rules as set forth by Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. Proposed ordinance shall be amended to be compliant with “Statewide Standards and Criteria for Management of Floodplain Areas of Minnesota,” Minnesota Rules, Parts 6120.5000 to 6120.6200. Therefore, also in accordance with Minnesota State Statutes Chapter 103F. The proposed amendments are also compliant with the floodplain management standards of the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Due to the length of these amendments they are available for viewing and/or copies at the McLeod County Auditor/Treasurers Office, the McLeod County Administrator’s Office and the McLeod County Zoning Office in Glencoe, MN.
THIS HEARING will be held by the McLeod County Planning Commission at which time you may appear if you desire, either in person or by agent or attorney, in opposition to or support of the proposed Plat. Thereafter, the McLeod County Planning Commission shall forward its recommendations to the County Board of Commissioners. If you desire to appeal the Planning Commission’s recommendations, you may take your request to the County Board which has the final authority to act on the findings of the Planning Commission.

NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT LIEN FORECLOSURE SALE
YOU ARE NOTIFIED THAT,
1. Default has occurred in the conditions of the Declarations of The Pointe Court Homes, Wright County, Minnesota, by Dayna Swenson, as fee owner of the below-described property subject to said Declarations.
