ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Wright County
Salt Storage Building
BIDS RECEIVED UNTIL: 9:00 a.m., C.D.T., July 10, 2014
Sealed bids for the construction of a pre-engineered, design-build, interior-column-free, supported fabric structure at the Wright County Maintenance Truck Station at the intersection of CR 106 and CSAH 8, Maple Lake Township, Minnesota, will be received by the Wright County Highway Department, Buffalo, Minnesota, until 9:00 a.m., CDT, July 10, 2014, at the Office of the County Highway Department at 1901 Highway 25 North in Buffalo, Minnesota, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The bid will be for a single construction contract to include all aspects of constructing a salt storage building.
Bids shall be submitted in exact accordance with bidding documents (including ‘Instructions to Bidders’ and ‘Proposal Forms’).
A set of bid documents may be obtained at no charge from the Wright County Public Works Building Department, 1901 Highway 25 North, Buffalo, Minnesota, 55313, by the prime contract bidders.
Bid security must accompany each bid in the form of a bidder’s bond or a certified check made payable to the “Wright County Treasurer” for an amount equal to 5% of the bid.
No bid may be withdrawn within 45 days after opening of bids.
The County Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and/or to waive any informalities or irregularities in bidding.
Each bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, with name of the bidder and “Bid For Salt Storage Building” marked clearly in the lower left corner.

NOTICE OF INFORMAL PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is given that an application for informal probate of the Decendent’s will dated July 10, 2012 and codicil(s) to the will, and separate writing(s) under Minn. Stat. 524.2-513 (“Will”), has been filed with the Registrar. The application has been granted.
Notice is also given that the Registrar has informally appointed Laurie A. Harris whose address is 20555 Babcock Ave., Lester Prairie, MN 55354 as personal representative of the Estate of the Decedent. Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Unless objections are filed with the Court (pursuant to Minn. Stat. 524.3-607) and the Court otherwise orders, the personal representative has full power to administer the Estate, including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. Stat. 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
A charitable beneficiary may request notice of the probate proceedings be given to the Attorney General pursuant to Minn. Stat. 501B.41, subd. 5.

PUBLICATION OF A SUMMARY (PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTE § 331A.01 SUBDIVISION 10) OF AN ORDINANCE REPLACING THE CITY OF WINSTED’S “FLOODPLAIN” ORDINANCES BY REPEALING SAME AND ADDING SECTION 8 TO THE CITY OF WINSTED’S MUNICIPAL CODE.
