PUBLIC NOTICE
SEALCOATING OF STREETS
IN LESTER PRAIRIE
will take place between June 30th and July 3rd, weather permitting.
All streets north of Central Avenue (including the business district Juniper Street) and Hickory Street, south of Central Avenue, are scheduled to be sealcoated.
Signs should be posted on the streets the evening before that street will be done
All vehicles should be off the street for sealcoating. Vehicles that remain on the street will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Should the work crew get delayed in another community due to weather, sealcoating of the Lester Prairie streets could extend into the week of July 7th.

CITY OF MAYER
PUBLIC NOTICE
The Mayer Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on an Amendment to Title XV, Section 152.093 of the City Code related to fences in the Residential District. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as persons may reasonably be heard, at Mayer City Hall, 413 Bluejay Avenue.
The purpose of the amendment is to consider fence side yard setbacks on corner lots.
A copy of the proposed amendment in its entirety is available at City Hall for review. Any person desiring to comment on this matter is invited to do so in writing (prior to or at the hearing) or orally at the time of the public hearing.
