NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the regular meeting of the McLeod County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 22nd day of July 2014 at 10:00 A.M. in the County Board Room on the lower level of the Courthouse at 830 - 11th Street East in Glencoe, Minnesota.
THE PURPOSE OF THE SAID MEETING is to consider an amendment to Section 15, Hutchinson Area Joint Planning Zoning Ordinance, amending the confined feedlot regulations.
All persons wishing to be heard regarding this application shall appear at this meeting or provide written comments by 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 22, 2014. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Waverly Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers of Waverly City Hall on Thursday, July 17, 2014 to consider an application for rezoning in the Carrigan Estates Subdivision.
The proposed rezoning, if approved, would change the Planned Unit Development (PUD) zone district in Carrigan Estates Fourth Addition to a Single Family Residential District (R1) zone district.
Interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing in person or by agent or attorney to provide comments in favor or in opposition of the proposed rezoning action.
