OF ELECTION EQUIPMENT
ON THURSDAY, JULY 31, 2014, a public accuracy test of the electronic voting equipment will be held for the precincts listed below. The public accuracy test will be held in the township hall conference room in the administration building on the second floor of the Carver County courthouse at 2:30 pm and 6:30 pm.
If you would like to witness this demonstration, you are welcome to do so at the above mentioned location.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC ACCURACY TEST FOR THE PRIMARY ELECTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Public Accuracy Test of the M100 Optical Scan and AutoMARK, to be used at the Primary Election on August 12, 2014, will be conducted in the Wright County Auditor/Treasurer’s Office. The testing of the AutoMARK will take place Tuesday, July 29, 2014 and Wednesday, July 30, 2014 from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The testing of the M100 will take place Monday, August 4, 2014 - Wednesday, August 6, 2014 from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
The Public Accuracy Test is open to the general public.

An application for a variance to the Winsted Zoning Ordinance has been submitted by Shawn Scherping, 250 Winsted Avenue West, Winsted, MN 55395.
The application, if approved, would authorize:
A building addition that would encroach upon front yard setback requirements. The ordinance requires a thirty (30) feet front yard setback.
A public hearing will be held by the Winsted Planning Commission on Monday, August 11, 2014 at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers at City Hall (201 – 1st Street North), at which time you may appear if you so desire, either in person or by agent or attorney, in opposition to or support of the variance.
