NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Winsted will sell the following vehicle by sealed bid:
2005 Ford Focus

• Light Green (Light Tundra Metallic)
• 136,130 miles
Public Viewing will be held on, and only on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. at the Winsted Police Department – 201-1st Street North, Winsted.
A sealed bid must be received by the Winsted City Clerk’s Office by 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 17, 2014.
The sealed bid must include name, address, bid amount, and an active daytime phone number. Only the winning bidder will be notified, by telephone, on Wednesday, September 17, 2014. The winning bidder will be required to make payment for this vehicle by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 19, 2014, or the next high bidder will be notified.
Payment must be made in the form of a cashier’s check, cash, or credit card (VISA or MasterCard).
Personal checks will not be accepted.
