NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN: That on Monday March 30, 2015
The Stockholm Township Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing in the Stockholm Community Center at 16233 County Road 30 S.W. Cokato at 7:00 P.M. to consider the petition of:

Reason for the hearing: To receive a variance to divide said parcels into the proposed parcel herein described: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 27, Township 118, Range 28, Wright County, Minnesota, lying easterly of the following described line;
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence on an assumed bearing of South 88 degrees 14 minutes 25 seconds East along the southerly line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, 682.00 feet to the point of beginning of the line herein described; thence North 01 degrees 45 minutes 35 seconds East, being at right angles to last said line, 310.00 feet; thence North 01 degrees 09 minutes 51 seconds East, 2329.95 feet to the north line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and said line there terminating. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the south 373.00 feet of the east 350.00 feet of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter.
Containing 40.00 Acres, more or less.

NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is given that on March 30, 2015, at 1:30 p.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at 10 NW 2nd St., Rm C201, Buffalo, MN 55313, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, March 2, 2006, (“Will”), and for the appointment of CHRISTOPHER GENE KERN, whose address is 4575 Morrison Ave SW, Cokato, MN 55321 as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. Stat. 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
