CALL FOR PROPOSALS
Notice is hereby given that Wright County will accept Proposals for group health insurance until June 30, 2015 at 4:30 pm. Requests for Proposals may be requested from B & C Consulting, LLC by calling 952-224-0800. All proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly identified as health insurance proposals for Wright County. Two copies of Proposals shall be submitted as follows: one copy to B & C Consulting, LLC, 8646 Eagle Creek Circle, Suite 106, Savage, MN 55378 and a duplicate copy to Sunny Hesse, Human Resources Director, Wright County, 10 2nd St. NW, Room 235, Buffalo, MN 55313. Copies must be received at both locations by June 30th, 2015 at 4:30 pm to be accepted. Broker commissions will be payable to B & C Consulting, LLC. Wright County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive formalities, and to make the award that is in its best interest. A long term relationship is desired and will remain so as long as cost and services are satisfactory.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the Winsted City Council on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at approximately 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 201-1st Street North, Winsted, Minnesota 55395. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider applications for the grant of a franchise to operate a cable system and/or provide cable services in the City of Winsted. The Public Hearing will focus generally on the applications submitted and the qualifications of the applicants.

VARIANCE REQUEST
CITY OF WAVERLY
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Waverly Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers of Waverly City Hall on Thursday, June 18, 2015 to consider a variance request submitted by Rick Newtson for the property located at 5651 Dempsey Avenue, Waverly, Minnesota.
The variance, if granted, would allow the construction of a new residential dwelling to replace the existing cabin. A variation of the regulations in the Waverly Zoning Ordinance is proposed. The proposed building elevation will be reviewed for compliance within the flood plain and 25% impervious surface requirements. An existing culvert is planned to be replaced at the time of construction as well as building planning for future water and sewer connection.
Interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing in person or by agent or attorney to provide comments in favor or in opposition of the proposed variance application.
