A Public Hearing will be held by the Winsted City Council on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at approximately 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 201-1st Street North, Winsted, Minnesota 55395. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider applications for the grant of a franchise to operate a cable system and/or provide cable services in the City of Winsted. The Public Hearing will focus generally on the applications submitted and the qualifications of the applicants.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MAYER, CARVER COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 152.129(A) of City of Mayer Ordinance No. 188 is amended by adding new Subsection (13) to read as follows:
(13) No sign shall contain statements, words, pictures or drawings of an obscene nature or character as defined by Minnesota Statutes, Section 617.241, Subdivision 1(a), as may be amended.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in effect from and after its passage and publication according to law.

YOU ARE NOTIFIED THAT,
1. Default has occurred in the conditions of the Declarations of The Pointe Village Homes, Wright County, Minnesota, by John J. Perry, as fee owner of the below-described property subject to said Declarations.
2. Pursuant to the Declarations of The Pointe Village Homes filed for record with the Wright County Recorder on May 25, 2001 as Document No. 742865, and all amendments thereto, and Minnesota Statutes, a statutory lien exists for unpaid assessments and fees incurred from January 1, 2014 to the date of this notice.
