NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
An application for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) has been submitted by Littfin Lumber Company, for the property addressed 555 Baker Avenue West, Winsted, MN 55395.
The application, if approved, would authorize:
The installation of a 100 foot pole for microwave transmission between the Littfin Lumber sites in Winsted and Howard Lake, Minnesota.
A public hearing will be held by the Winsted Planning Commission on Monday, August 10, 2015 at 6:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 201 – 1st Street North, at which time you may appear if you so desire, either in person or by agent or attorney, in opposition to or support of the conditional use permit.
If you would like to make comment but will be unable to attend the hearing, you may do so by writing the City of Winsted, P.O. Box 126, Winsted, Minnesota 55395. Written comments must include your name and property address.
