NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all of the land owners of the real estate described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth in full, have petitioned the City of Winsted for annexation of said lands. The City of Winsted has, by Resolution, accepted said Petition and scheduled a Public Hearing for same pursuant to Minnesota Statutes § 414.033, Subd. 2b. Said Hearing is scheduled for 6:00 P.M. on September 1, 2015 in Council Chambers at Winsted City Offices, 201 First Street North, Winsted, Minnesota 55395.
