Notice is hereby given, that on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 the Middleville Township Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing at the Middleville Township Hall at 7:00 pm to consider the following item:
The owners of the PGL property in section 27, Middleville Township, are requesting a residential lot variance. They wish to split off an approximate 5 acre building site on the west end of PID# 212-000-271300. The split contains about 3 acres tillable land. Ordinance 604.6(4) allows only 2 1⁄2 acres prime farm land. This lot would be located on the east side of Co. Rd 6.
Such persons that desire to be heard with reference to the proposed variance will be heard at this time. If you do not attend the hearing or submit written comment, it will be assumed that you have no objections to the proposal.

They are requesting a Conditional Use Permit for the purpose of constructing a feed mill on that property. They are also requesting a height variance for an auger/elevator that will be about 180 feet tall. Ordinance 610.5-1 only permits up to 45 feet.
Such persons that desire to be heard with reference to the proposed CUP and variance will be heard at this time. If you do not attend the hearing or submit written comment, it will be assumed that you have no objections to the proposal.
