Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given, that on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 the Middleville Township Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing at the Middleville Township Hall at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following item:
Brian Wagner is requesting a variance for his property in the NE 1⁄4 of Section 22, Middleville Township. This is PID #212-000-224201. Brian has plans to build a new house on the west shore of Taylor Lake. By ordinance, a 200 foot set back is required. Because of the lay of the land, he wishes to be about 180 feet from the lake. Wright County Soil and Water have already inspected the property and have no issues with the proposed variance.
Such persons that desire to be heard with reference to the proposed variance will be heard at this time. If you do not attend the hearing or submit written comment, it will be assumed that you have no objections to the proposal.
