NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED ZONING AMENDMENT
OPT OUT TEMPORARY FAMILY
HEALTH CARE DWELLINGS
CITY OF WAVERLY
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Waverly Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers of Waverly City Hall on Monday, July 18, 2016 to consider an amendment to the Waverly Zoning Ordinance opting out of the requirements of Minnesota Statutes, Section 462.3593 which defines and regulates Temporary Family Health Care Dwellings.
The amendment to the Waverly Zoning Ordinance, if approved, would permit the City of Waverly to opt out of the requirements of the new law which would permit temporary family health care buildings on private property.
Interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing in person or by agent or attorney to provide comments in favor or in opposition of the proposed zoning amendment.
