The Central MN Council on Aging will publish a Special Competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) for the following Federal Older Americans Act for services targeted January 1, 2017 – December 31, 2017: Title III B Support Services and Title III E Caregiver Support Services to encompass the following counties and cities: Sherburne, Wright and Greater St. Cloud area (Cities of: St. Cloud, Waite Park, Sartell and Sauk Rapids). NOTICE OF INTENT TO ORDAIN AND TO EXTEND THE EMERGENCY INTERIM ZONING ORDINANCE INSTITUTING AN EMERGENCY MORATORIUM ON SOLAR ENERGY FARMS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Wright County Board of Commissioners, during its regular meeting on Tuesday, November 8, 2016, at 9:30 A.M., will hold a public hearing to consider extending the moratorium on solar energy farms. (RESOLUTION 16-25 – dated 4/19/2016)
This consideration and discussion will take place in the Commissioners’ Board Room at the Wright County Government Center, Buffalo, Minnesota.
The Wright County Board of Commissioners will be reviewing and discussing a proposal to extend the six-month emergency moratorium, for up to six months, for solar energy farms. The Wright County Board of Commissioners upon the adoption of any moratorium will continue the study and conduct hearings on amending or adopting official controls relating to solar energy farms.
Written comments must be submitted to Wright County Planning and Zoning at 10 2nd Street N.W., Rm 140, Buffalo, MN 55313.

THE WRIGHT COUNTYCODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 155 - SOLAR ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Wright County Board of Commissioners, during its regular meeting on Tuesday, November 1, 2016, at 9:30 A.M., will hold a public hearing to consider amendments to the Wright County Code of Ordinances Chapter 155 - Solar Ordinance. This consideration and discussion will take place in the Commissioners’ Board Room at the Wright County Government Center, Buffalo, Minnesota.
The Wright County Board of Commissioners will be reviewing and discussing proposed amendments of the Solar Ordinance to modify Section 155.108 Solar Energy Farms and Solar Energy Systems.
THE PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDMENT will regulate and define how solar energy farms will be permitted and operated.
