NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Delano Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter on Monday, November 13, 2017 at the Delano City Hall, located at 234 2nd Street North, for the purpose of considering a zoning map amendment changing the zoning on the land described below from PUD to R-2 Single Family Residential District and a preliminary plat entitled Highland Ridge 6th Additions creating 10 lots in Delano Minnesota.

Property Description: That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 118, Range 25, Wright County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Southeast Quarter; thence on an assumed bearing of South 89 degrees 18 minutes 53 seconds East along the North line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, a distance of 629.01 feet; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 427.68 feet; thence North 28 degrees 10 minutes 01 seconds East, a distance of 187.12 feet; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 369.28 feet; thence South 32 degrees 46 minutes 52 seconds East, a distance of 115.04 feet; thence South 00 degrees 53 minutes 55 seconds West, a distance of 377.07 feet; thence South 14 degrees 09 minutes 05 seconds West, a distance of 241.54 feet; thence South 88 degrees 05 minutes 51 seconds West, a distance of 182.81 feet; thence South 67 degrees 14 minutes 18 seconds West, a distance of 104.64 feet; thence South 81 degrees 42 minutes 47 seconds West, a distance of 177.58 feet; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 68.67 feet; thence South 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 17.18 feet; thence South 28 degrees 24 minutes 33 seconds West, a distance of 77.06 feet to a line drawn parallel with and 55.00 feet Northerly of the centerline of Wright County Highway No. 30; thence Westerly on said parallel line, a distance of 578.31 feet to the West line of the Southeast Quarter of said Southeast Quarter; thence North 00 degrees 06 minutes 00 seconds West along the West line of the Southeast Quarter of said Southeast Quarter, a distance of 1171.91 feet to the point of beginning.
Notice is further given that any written or oral comments from citizens regarding the proposed zoning ordinance amendments will be heard at the public hearing. All interested persons are invited to attend the meeting and will be afforded the opportunity to speak on the applications during the public hearing.
