CALL FOR BIDS -- NOTICE
Stockholm Township will be accepting bids for a new Maintenance Building to be built at 16233 County Road 30 SW, Cokato, MN. Building is to be 54’ x 100’ x 18’ Steel Frame Structure. Individual bids will be accepted for each phase of the project. Bid Spec packets may be obtained by contacting the Township Clerk at 612-270-3409. Specific Project questions should be directed to Ray Youngkrantz at 612-209-7202.
Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Township would be best served thereby.
All bids must be submitted via mail by, or delivered to the regular monthly meeting on May 8, 2017 beginning at 7:00pm. At this meeting the Supervisors will set a date for a Special Bid Opening Meeting date and time.

CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, May 8, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. the Dassel Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in the City Hall to consider the following Conditional Use Permit application:
Paul Haekenkamp/Owner, 1675 8th Ave SW, Hutchinson, MN 55350 and Laura Skistad/Applicant, 2284 Stone Creek Lane W, Chanhassen, MN 55317. PID 23-0057000, 23-0058000. An application for a Conditional Use Permit to conduct sales of used automobiles.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cokato Planning & Zoning Commission, Wright County, Minnesota will conduct a public hearing on Monday, May 8, 2017 at 6 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible in the council chambers at Cokato City Hall, 255 Broadway Ave S, Cokato, Minnesota 55321, to consider a request for a Conditional use Permit for construction of a new twin home to be located at 155 Jackson Ave NW.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cokato Planning & Zoning Commission, Wright County, Minnesota will conduct a public hearing on Monday, May 8, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible in the council chambers at Cokato City Hall, 255 Broadway Ave S, Cokato, Minnesota 55321, to consider re-adoption of an ordinance governing swimming pools. A draft of the proposed ordinance is available for public review at City Hall.
