DASSEL CITY COUNCIL
PUBLIC NOTICE
CITY CODE AMENDMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, May 15, 2017 immediately following the Planning & Zoning Commission Public Hearings, the Dassel City Council will hold a public hearing in the City Hall to amend City Code CHAPTER 110 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES as follows:
City Code § 110.50 DEFINITIONS.
BEER or 3.2% MALT LIQUOR. Any malt beverage with an alcoholic content of more than 3.2% by volume and not more than 3.2% by weight.
3.2 % BEER, OR 3.2% MALT LIQUOR. These terms reference any beer, ale, or other beverage made from malt by fermentation, and containing at least one-half of one percent alcohol by volume but not more than 3.2 percent alcohol by weight.
BEER OR MALT LIQUOR. When not modified by the preface “3.2%”, these terms reference any beer, ale, or other beverage made from malt by fermentation, and containing at least one-half of one percent alcohol by volume.
INTOXICATING LIQUOR. Any Ethyl alcohol, distilled, spirituous, fermented, malt or and vinous beverages containing more than 3.2% of alcohol by weight.
City Code § 110.54 RESTRICTIONS OF OPERATION.
No off-sale of intoxicating liquor shall be made before 8:00 a.m. or after 10:00 p.m. of any day. No off-sale of intoxicating liquor shall be made on Sundays. “Off-sale of intoxicating liquor on Sundays shall be in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, sec. 340A.504, subdivision4, as amended.” No off-sale shall be made on New Year’s Day, January 1; Thanksgiving Day; or Christmas Day, December 25; and no off-sale shall be made after 8:00 p.m. on December 24.
All persons interested are invited to attend said hearing(s), at which time both oral and written comments may be presented. Written comments may be submitted at any time prior to the Commission meeting.

Kingston Township Dust Control
Kingston Township is offering dust control to township residents. The township will pay half the cost for the first 300’ and if resident wants additional dust control they would pay full cost. If a township resident is interested in dust control, please call township clerk at 320-398-8400 for cost of dust control. PUBLIC NOTICE
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, May 15, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. the Dassel Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in the City Hall to consider adoption of Planned Unit Development regulations for Summit Hills and Sunrise Circle Plats.
A copy of the proposed regulations is available at Dassel City Hall, 460 Third Street, Dassel, MN 55325.
All persons interested are invited to attend said hearing, at which time both oral and written comments may be presented. Written comments may be submitted at any time prior to the Commission meeting.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, May 15, 2017 immediately following the 6:00 p.m. public hearing the Dassel Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a 2nd public hearing in the City Hall to consider the following Variance Application:
