NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the School Board of Independent School District No. 2687, State of Minnesota (the “District”), adopted a resolution (the “Resolution”) on January 9, 2017, stating the intention of the School Board to issue general obligation facilities maintenance bonds (the “Bonds”) in the total principal amount of not to exceed $1,345,000 pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 123B.595 and Chapter 475, as amended. The proceeds of the Bonds will be used to fund the costs of the following project at various District facilities as included in the District’s approved ten-year facility plan and related financing costs:
• replacement of the track at the District’s High School/Middle School facility and deferred maintenance projects at district facilities included in the district’s ten year facilities plan approved by the Commissioner of Education
The total amount of District indebtedness as of December 1, 2016, is $43,125,000. If these proposed Bonds were issued after that date, the total indebtedness of the District at that time would be $44,470,000.

PROJECT OVERVIEW:
1. Wright County Parks is soliciting Design Build proposals for the design and construction of a Beach House and Restroom Facility located at the Bertram Chain of Lakes Regional Park, near Monticello, Minnesota. The County envisions the building to be a one story stick-build structure with a gabled roof, between 1800 and 1900 square feet, including restrooms (men’s, women’s and family), six changing rooms (2 ADA compliant), storage area, and maintenance area, to be used throughout the months of May through September.
