PUBLIC NOTICE
The Mayer Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing rezoning property from Planned Residential Development District (PRD) to R-1 Low Density Residential District and R-2 Medium Density Residential District all with a Planned Unit Development Overlay District (PUD). The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as persons may reasonably be heard, at Mayer City Hall, 413 Bluejay Avenue.

The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as persons may reasonably be heard, at Mayer City Hall, 413 Bluejay Avenue.
The purpose of the text amendment is to consider amending the text by eliminating the (PRD) Planned Residential District and amending the (PUD) Planned Unit Development Overlay District.

The Mayer Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing for a Planned Unit Development Overlay (PUD) for property located in multiple developments within the City of Mayer. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as persons may reasonably be heard, at Mayer City Hall, 413 Bluejay Avenue.
The purpose of the PUD overlay is to replace the previously approved Planned Residential Development District (PRD) conditions and requirements since the PRD district is being eliminated from the zoning ordinance. The conditions and requirements within the PUD will be the same as the current PRD conditions and requirements and will supersede any conflicting zoning requirements of the underlying R-1 and R-2 zoning districts. Notice is given that an Application for Informal Probate of Will and Informal Appointment of Personal Representative was filed with the Registrar, along with a Will dated May 31, 2006. The Registrar accepted the application and appointed Charles E. Paschke, whose address is 1016 Fifth Avenue, P.O. Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. IV. That the Defendants, and each of them, may claim some interest in the premises that is adverse to the interest of the Plaintiff.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands a Judgment against the Defendants, and each of them, as follows:
