WINSTED PARK COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Winsted Park Commission will meet to conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, May 8, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter, in the City Hall Council Chambers, 201-1st Street North.
The purpose of the hearing is to accept oral and written testimony related to the proposed “Park System Master Plan.” The proposed Plan will establish a vision and mission for the City of Winsted Park System.
Any person desiring to comment on this matter is invited to do so in writing or orally at the time of the public hearing. If a person is unable to attend the hearing, written comments should be directed to Mr. Dan Tienter, City Administrator, City of Winsted, P.O. Box 126, Winsted MN 55395. A complete copy of the proposed Park System Master Plan is available for review at Winsted City Hall during normal business hours.

CALL FOR BIDS -- NOTICE
Stockholm Township will be accepting bids for a new Maintenance Building to be built at 16233 County Road 30 SW, Cokato, MN. Building is to be 54’ x 100’ x 18’ Steel Frame Structure. Individual bids will be accepted for each phase of the project. Bid Spec packets may be obtained by contacting the Township Clerk at 612-270-3409. Specific Project questions should be directed to Ray Youngkrantz at 612-209-7202.
Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Township would be best served thereby.
All bids must be submitted via mail by, or delivered to the regular monthly meeting on May 8, 2017 beginning at 7:00pm. At this meeting the Supervisors will set a date for a Special Bid Opening Meeting date and time.

French Lake Township
Notice of Dust Control
French Lake Township residents may now sign up for dust control for the summer of 2017. The cost this year is $0.55/ft after the first 50 feet, minimum of 100 feet of road, with the first 50 feet being paid for by the township and the remaining balance to be paid for by the resident.
Please mail your check and the address to be sprayed to French Lake Township, 3133 County Road 3 NW, Annandale, MN 55302 by May 15th, 2017.

REASON A VARIANCE IS NEEDED: Minimum setback is 100’ from property lines and road right-of-way for structures that house animals. Minimum setback for solar array must meet accessory structure setbacks, minimum road setback is 65’ from centerline.

REASON A VARIANCE IS NEEDED: Maximum size for a single structure is 1,400 sq. ft. with a total accessory building limit of 2,400 sq. ft. Minimum setbacks are 15’ from the rear line and 10’ from a side property line.

NOTICE OF INFORMAL PROBATE OF WILL AND INFORMAL APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is given that an Application for Informal Probate of Will and Informal Appointment of Personal Representative was filed with the Registrar, along with a Will dated August 3, 2016. The Registrar accepted the application and appointed Patricia M. Marquardt, whose address is 5293 County Road 30, Waverly, MN 55390, to serve as the personal representative of the decedent’s estate.
Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Any objection to the appointment of the personal representative must be filed with the Court, and any properly filed objection will be heard by the Court after notice is provided to interested persons of the date of hearing on the objection.
Unless objections are filed, and unless the Court orders otherwise, the personal representative has the full power to administer the estate, including, after thirty (30) days from the issuance of letters testamentary, the power to sell, encumber, lease, or distribute any interest in real estate owned by the decedent.
Notice is further given that, subject to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801, all creditors having claims against the decedent’s estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court within four (4) months after the date of this notice or the claims will be barred.
