YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, the Lester Prairie Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 7:15 p.m. in city hall.
The purpose of said public hearing is to receive public input, orally or in writing, personally, by agent or attorney, regarding a zoning amendment within Section 5.1 Land Use, specifically Sections 5.1.2.1 Building Permits Required, by deleting subsections (a) and (b), renumbering the remaining Section 5.1.2.1 accordingly; requiring a zoning permit for certain structures by adding Section 5.1.2.1A, ZONING PERMITS REQUIRED and adding a Penalty Provision, 5.1.2.2A.
