Notice is given that an Application for Informal Probate of Will and Informal Appointment of Personal Representative was filed with the Registrar, along with a Will dated 3/22/2007. The Registrar accepted the application and appointed JAMES J. KULINSKI, whose address is 20696 Babcock Avenue, Lester Prairie, MN 55354, to serve as the personal representative of the decedent’s estate.
Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Any objection to the appointment of the personal representative must be filed with the Court, and any properly filed objection will be heard by the Court after notice is provided to interested persons of the date of hearing on the objection.

VARIANCE REQUEST
CITY OF WAVERLY
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Waverly Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers of Waverly City Hall on Thursday, July 20, 2017 to consider a variance request submitted by Jerry and Nancy Parten for the property located at 1505 North Shore Drive, Waverly, Minnesota.
The variance, if granted, would allow the demolition of the existing cabin and construction of a 1 1⁄2 story home with a 22 foot setback to the OHWM of the lake and 27 feet to the road edge of North Shore Drive. A variation of the regulations in the Waverly Zoning Ordinance is proposed for Shoreland setback rules and front yard regulations (street side setback).
Interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing in person or by agent or attorney to provide comments in favor or in opposition of the proposed variance application.
