Request for Quotes for Snow Plowing Services
Notice is hereby given that quotations will be received by Delano Public School District #879 for snow plowing services for the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 snow plowing seasons. Quotations will be received at the Delano Public Schools District Office, 700 Elm Avenue East, Delano, MN 55328 until 10:00 AM, Friday, September 7, 2018.
Quotation requirements and specifications are available for interested vendors at the Delano Public Schools District Office, 700 Elm Avenue East, Delano, MN 55328, by emailing matt.labeau@delanoschools.org, or by calling 763-972-3365 ext. 1903.
The Board reserves the right to reject any and all quotes or parts of such quotes, accept quotes it deems to be in its best interest, to waive any informalities or irregularities in quotes submitted and waive minor irregularities or discrepancies in quotation procedure.

RESOLUTION NO. 2018-31

A RESOLUTION APPROVING PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE NO. 2018-03
BY TITLE AND SUMMARY
WHEREAS, on August 8, 2018, the City Council of the City of Loretto adopted Ordinance No. 2018-03 repealing Section 820 of the Loretto Code of Ordinances and replacing it with a new Section 820 “Peddlers, Solicitors, Transient Merchants and Door-to-Door Advocates”; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes $412.191, subd.4 allows publication by title and summary in the case of lengthy ordinances upon a vote of 4/5 of the city council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LORETTO:
1. The City Council of the City of Loretto has adopted Ordinance No. 2018-03, which repeals Section 820 of the Loretto Code of Ordinances and replaces it with a new Section 820 “Peddlers, Solicitors, Transient Merchants and Door-to-Door Advocates”. Ordinance No. 2018-03 establishes regulations regarding peddlers, solicitors, transient merchants and door-todoor advocates including license requirements, exemptions and prohibited activities.
2. The City Clerk is directed to publish this resolution in lieu of publication of the entire ordinance.
3. The City Clerk is directed to post a copy of the entire text of Ordinance No. 2018-03 on the City Hall bulletin board for a period of not less than thirty (30) days. In addition, a copy of Ordinance No. 2018-03 is available upon request, or for inspection by any person during regular office hours at Loretto City Hall.

WHEREAS, on August 8, 2018, the City Council of the City of Loretto adopted Ordinance No. 2018-04 which adds Section 517:10 “Dogs” to the Loretto Code of Ordinances and deletes Section 600:20; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes $412.191, subd.4 allows publication by title and summary in the case of lengthy ordinances upon a vote of 4/5 of the city council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LORETTO:
