The Stockholm Township Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing in the Stockholm Community Center at 16233 County Road 30 S.W., Cokato at 7:00 P.M. to consider the petition of:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the City Council of the City of Darwin will hold a Public Hearing to consider the items listed below on Tuesday, July 10, 2018, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 305 E. Curran St., Darwin, Minnesota, beginning at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The Public Hearing pertains to amendments to Chapter 5 of the Darwin Municipal Code, also known as Ordinance 5 - AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE POSSESSION, SALE AND CONSUMPTION OF INTOXICATING AND 3.2 PERCENT MALT LIQUOR WITHIN THE CITY OF DARWIN, MINNESOTA.
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on the proposed ordinance changes, which include updates to the ordinance that reference the appropriate State of Minnesota statutes; allow for the establishment of an on-sale intoxicating liquor license within the city; amendments relating to the licensing, possession, sale and consumption of intoxicating and 3.2 percent malt liquor within the city.
A printed copy of this ordinance is available for inspection by any person at the office of the city clerk during normal business hours. Anyone wishing to speak on this issue is invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled public hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting dates.
