NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE PROPOSAL TO ADOPT A STREET RECONSTRUCTION PLAN AND THE INTENT TO ISSUE GENERAL OBLIGATION STREET RECONSTRUCTION BONDS
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Dassel, Minnesota, will meet on October 15, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. at the Dassel City Hall, 460 3rd Street, in Dassel, Minnesota, for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on (a) the proposal to adopt a five year street reconstruction plan and (b) the intent to issue general obligation street reconstruction bonds not to exceed $323,000, under its street reconstruction plan for street reconstruction improvements described in the street reconstruction plan.
All persons may appear at the October 15th public hearing and present their views to the Council orally or in writing.
If a petition requesting a vote on the issuance of the general obligation street reconstruction bonds is signed by voters equal to five percent of the votes cast in the last municipal general election and is filed with the City Clerk-Treasurer within 30 days of October 15, 2018, the City may issue the general obligation street reconstruction bonds only after obtaining the approval of a majority of the voters voting on the question of the issuance of the general obligation street reconstruction bonds.

Notice of Public Hearing
Vacating Drainage and Utility Easements
Notice is hereby given that the Dassel City Council will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council Chambers at Dassel City Hall, 460 Third St, on Monday, October 15, 2018 immediately following a public hearing scheduled at 7:00 p.m. to consider a request from Danny & Sharon Revard, 675 Mooers Ave SE, Cokato for the vacation of drainage and utility easements along interior lot lines on Lots 10 & 11, Block 4, Summit Hills Addition to Dassel.
Map copies of the lots and easement locations are available at the Dassel City Clerk’s office, 460 Third St, Dassel, MN.
All persons interested are invited to attend this hearing, at which time both oral and written comments may be presented. Written comments may be submitted to the City Clerk’s Office at any time prior to the Council meeting.
