Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. If you believe the Plaintiffs should not be given everything asked for in the Complaint, you must say so in your Answer.
4. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CASE IF YOU DO NOT SEND A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE COMPLAINT TO THE PERSON WHO SIGNED THIS SUMMONS. If you do not Answer within 20 days, you will lose this case. That part of Government Lot 1 of Section 33 and the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, all in Township 119, Range 26, Wright County, Minnesota, including part of the recorded plat of North Waverly Shore, described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Government Lot 1; thence on an assumed bearing of North 00 degrees 26 minutes 51 seconds West, along the East line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, a distance of 64.68 feet; thence South 88 degrees 37 minutes 14 seconds West a distance of 890.65 feet; thence South 01 degrees 50 minutes 07 seconds East to the shore line of Waverly Lake; thence Easterly along said shoreline to the East line of said Government Lot 1; thence Northerly along said East line to the point of beginning.
The object of this action is to obtain a judgment to remove Defendants’ interest from the title to the real property described herein for the purpose of clearing title to the real property.
