WRIGHT COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND THE WRIGHT COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Wright County Planning Commission, during its regular Meeting on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at 7:30 p.m., will hold a public meeting to consider amending Title XV, Land Usage of the Wright County Code of Ordinances. This consideration and discussion will take place in the Commissioners’ Board Room at the Wright County Government Center, Buffalo, Minnesota.
The Wright County Planning Commission will be reviewing and discussing an amendment to exclude public lands in § Section 155.003(B)(1); add the word stored in § 155.003(21) Business definition; include a definition for Seasonal Storage, § Section 155.003(129a) and include a Conditional Use for Seasonal Storage in § Section 155.048(D) AG General Agricultural zone. Also, change the rear yard setback in § Section 155.050(F)(4) Suburban Residential (R-2) and § Section 155.051(F)(4) Suburban Residential (R-2a) from 50’ to 30’; and also, § Section 155.055(E)(4) General Industry District (I-1) from 50’ to 35’. Amend § 155.086 to include Guesthouses in the AG General Agricultural District and minor setback clarification; and amend Solar Energy Farms & Solar Energy Systems, § 155.108 (C)(14) add: “The salvage or resale value of the infrastructure shall not be used in calculating any offset or credit against the estimate of the total cost to remove the infrastructure and reclaim the property to its original condition.” Also, minor grammatical changes to current Ordinance.

SHOW ARENA - FAIRGROUNDSBIDS REQUESTED
McLeod County is accepting bids until 1 PM on June 1, 2018 at McLeod County Public Works (1400 Adams Street SE, Hutchinson, MN) for a 96’ x 108’ post frame addition to the existing Show Arena at the McLeod County Fairgrounds in Hutchinson, MN.
For plans and specifications or to become a plan holder please see https://egram.co.mcleod.mn.us, look for project number “2018 Fairgrounds Show Arena Addition” under Projects in Bidding. You must be a registered plan holder to bid on this project. The award will be considered at the 6/5/18 County Board meeting.

ORDINANCE NO. 100B
City of New Germany
The City Council of the City of New Germany ordains the following amendments to Ordinance No. 100 City of New Germany Zoning Ordinance:
SECTION I Chapter VIII. Section 2.A.5. A - Agricultural District Interim Uses is amended by deleting wholesale solar electric systems.
SECTION II Chapter X. Section 13.B Performance Standards is amended by only allowing wholesale solar electric systems in the I - Industrial Districts, deleting Agriculture.
SECTION III Ordinance No.100B was adopted after the Public Hearing on June 5, 2018 and then shall become effective upon publication in the official newspaper.
