PUBLIC NOTICE
The Mayer Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing for a preliminary plat to be known as Coldwater Crossing 8th Addition. The preliminary plat shall consist of 96 single family lots and 7 outlots and is currently zoned R-1 Low Density Residential. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as persons may reasonably be heard, at Mayer City Hall, 413 Bluejay Avenue.
The applicant has also submitted a request for a preliminary planned unit development plan for the property and shall be processed together with the preliminary plat.
The property is legally described as follows:
Outlot A, Coldwater Crossing.
Outlot C, Coldwater Crossing.
Outlot A, Coldwater Crossing 2nd Addition.
Outlot A, Coldwater Crossing 6th Addition.
The vacated Park Point as dedicated on the plat of Coldwater Crossing 2nd Addition.
A copy of the preliminary plat documents, in its entirety, are available at City Hall for review. Any person desiring to comment on this matter is invited to do so in writing (prior to or at the hearing) or orally at the time of the public hearing. Written comments may be mailed or delivered to: City of Mayer, 413 Bluejay Avenue, Mayer, MN 55360.

The current zoning is R-1 Low Density Residential and the PUD is proposed to be an overlay of that district. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as persons may reasonably be heard, at Mayer City Hall, 413 Bluejay Avenue.
