Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given, that on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 the Middleville Township Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing at the Middleville Township Hall at 7:00 pm to consider the following item:
Diane Krause is requesting a lot line variance for the purpose of splitting off 20 acres of her property (PID #212-000-253400) to sell to Roy Marschall. This 20 acres is farm land only and will have no building entitlement and will be the N1⁄2 of the NE1⁄4 of the SW1⁄4 of Section 25, Middleville Township, Wright County. The proposed split does not contain a complete quarter of a quarter of a section of land, which is the reason a variance is required, according to ordinance.
Such persons that desire to be heard with reference to the proposed variance will be heard at this time. If you do not attend the hearing or submit written comment, it will be assumed that you have no objections to the proposal.
Middleville Board of Adjustment
