CITY OF MAYER
PUBLIC NOTICE
The Mayer Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing for a preliminary plat to be known as Fieldstone 3rd Addition. The preliminary plat shall consist of 2 single family lots and is currently zoned R-1 Low Density Residential District with a Planned Unit Development Overlay. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as persons may reasonably be heard, at Mayer City Hall, 413 Bluejay Avenue.

CITY OF MAYERPUBLIC NOTICE
The Mayer City Council will conduct a public hearing for a drainage and utility easement vacation for the Fieldstone 3rd Addition plat. The drainage and utility easement currently existing on the lots is being vacated and new drainage and utility easements will be dedicated with the final plat known as Fieldstone 3rd Addition. The property is currently zoned R-1 Low Density Residential District with a Planned Unit Development Overlay. The public hearing will be held on Monday, October 8, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as persons may reasonably be heard, at Mayer City Hall, 413 Bluejay Avenue.

The Mayer Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on an amendment to Title XV: Land Usage, Chapter 152 Zoning, Section 152.003 Definitions; 152.064 Shoreland Overlay; 152.102 Alternative Energy Systems; and Chapter 154 Floodplain Management of the City Code for the City of Mayer. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as persons may reasonably be heard, at Mayer City Hall, 413 Bluejay Avenue.
The purpose of the text amendment is to consider amending the text in regards to updating the floodplain management text and corresponding text in the zoning ordinance in relation to the updated floodplain maps and text.
