CLOSED TO DISCUSS PERSONNEL ISSUES COUNCIL CHAMBERS FEBRUARY 10, 2004 6:30 PM Present: Mayor Don Guggemos, Gerald Boldt, Tom Ollig, Bonnie Quast, and Tom Wiemiller Also Present: Brent Mareck, City Administrator, Damon Thompson, Public Works Supervisor, and Fran Eggert, City Attorney Mayor Guggemos called the meeting to order. The City Council went into a closed session. The City Council adjourned from the closed session. Ollig motioned to suspend Damon Thompson, Public Works Supervisor, for one day without pay for violations of the Winsted Personnel Policy, Wiemiller seconded, unanimously carried.
