CITY COUNCIL MEETING SPECIAL MEETING COUNCIL CHAMBERS FEBRUARY 23, 2004 8:30 AM Present: Mayor Don Guggemos, Gerald Boldt, Bonnie Quast, and Tom Wiemiller Absent: Tom Ollig Also Present: Brent Mareck, City Administrator, Kelly Dohm, City Attorney Mayor Guggemos called the meeting to order. The City Council went into a closed session. The City Council adjourned from the closed session.
