CITY COUNCIL MEETING SPECIAL MEETING -EMERGENCY SESSION COUNCIL CHAMBERS FEBRUARY 24, 2004 5:00 PM Present: Mayor Don Guggemos, Gerald Boldt, Tom Ollig, Bonnie Quast, and Tom Wiemiller Also Present: Brent Mareck, City Administrator, Kelly Dohm, City Attorney Mayor Guggemos called the meeting to order. The City Council went into a closed session. The City Council adjourned from the closed session.
