Special Meeting Council Chambers April 26, 2005 7:00 p.m. Present: Mayor Don Guggemos, Council Member Tom Wiemiller, Council Member Bonnie Quast, Council Member Tom Ollig Absent: Council Member Gerald Boldt Staff Present: Brent Mareck, City Administrator; Fran Eggert, City Attorney; Deb Boelter, City Clerk-Treasurer 1) Mayor Guggemos called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Ollig motioned to dispense with the reading of the minutes from the April 19, 2005 Regular City Council meeting. Quast seconded. Motion carried 3-0. 2) No Consent Agenda Items. 3) No Special Presentations. 4) No Department Reports. 5) No Public Hearings. 6) No Old Business. 7) New Business a) Resolution R-05-10 – Lueck Annexation Ollig motioned to adopt Resolution R-05-10 accepting the petitioner’s withdrawal of their previous annexation request and the City Council’s Resolution R-05-07. Quast seconded. Motion carried 3-0. b) Resolution R-05-11 – Lueck Annexation Ollig motioned to adopt Resolution R-05-11 accepting a petition for annexation for parcel A, 59.31 acres of the Lueck Farm and calling for a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 31, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. Wiemiller seconded. Motion carried 3-0. c) Resolution R-05-12 – Lueck Annexation Ollig motioned to adopt Resolution R-05-12 accepting a petition for annexation for parcel B, 59.32 acres of the Lueck Farm and calling for a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 31, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. Quast seconded. Motion carried 3-0. d) Resolution R-05-13 – Baird Annexation Wiemiller motioned to adopt Resolution R-05-13 accepting the petitioner’s withdrawal of their previous annexation request and the City Council’s Resolution R-05-08. Ollig seconded. Motion carried 3-0. e) Resolution R-05-14 – Baird Annexation Quast motioned to adopt Resolution R-05-14 accepting a petition for annexation for 48 acres of the Baird Farm and calling for a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 31, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. Ollig seconded.
