Special Meeting Council Chambers June 14, 2005 7:00 p.m. Present: Mayor Don Guggemos, Council Member Tom Wiemiller, Council Member Bonnie Quast Absent: Council Member Tom Ollig, Council Member Gerald Boldt Staff Present: Brent Mareck, City Administrator; Deb Boelter, City Clerk-Treasurer 1) Mayor Guggemos called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Wiemiller motioned to waive the reading of the minutes from the June 7, 2005 Regular City Council meeting. Quast seconded. Motion carried 2-0. 2) No Consent Agenda Items. 3) No Special Presentations. 4) No Department Reports. 5) No Public Hearings. 6) No Old Business. 7) New Business a) Resolution R-05-17 – JOBZ Acreage Transfer – Five Star Holding, LLC Mareck presented the Resolutions transferring acreage for the JOBZ program. Quast motioned to adopt Resolution R-05-17 transferring 2.68 acres from the Winsted Industrial Park to PID #21.011.0900. Wiemiller seconded. Motion carried 2-0. b) Resolution R-05-18 – JOBZ Acreage Transfer – Millerbernd Manufacturing Wiemiller motioned to adopt Resolution R-05-18 transferring 1.06 acres from the Winsted Industrial Park to part of PID #21.010.0500. Quast seconded. Motion carried 2-0. c) Resolution R-05-19 – JOBZ Acreage Transfer – Millerbernd Design & Fabrication Quast motioned to adopt Resolution R-05-19 transferring 1.06 acres from the Winsted Industrial Park to part of a proposed PID #21.010.1500. Wiemiller seconded. Motion carried 2-0. d) Resolution R-05-20 – Revolving Loan Fund – Economic Development Housing Authority Mareck presented Resolution R-05-20 which authorizes the Winsted Economic Development Housing Authority to administer a Revolving Loan Fund. Joe Egge, of ABC Appraisals, was present at the meeting to explain the process and options of the Revolving Loan Fund. Wiemiller motioned to adopt Resolution R-05-20 authorizing the Winsted Economic Development Housing Authority to administer a Revolving Loan Fund. Quast seconded.
