Wiemiller asked Henrich about the problem with license plate tabs being removed and stolen from vehicles in the City of Winsted.  Henrich stated that he is uncertain why someone would be stealing license plate tabs.  Henrich stated that the tabs are of no value and cannot be used on another vehicle because they can be traced back to the original vehicle owner.
