Special Meeting Dec. 10, 1998 City Hall 9:15 p.m. Present: Don Guggemos, Gary Lenz, Bob Kegler, Bonnie Quast, Mayor-elect Floyd Sneer Staff: Aaron Reeves, Betty Zachmann Mayor called the Special Meeting to order. Final review of the 1999 Budget was discussed. Lenz motioned to adopt Resolution No. 300-12-10-98, establishing the Final 1999 Tax Levy at: General Fund $278,500.00 Special Bond Funds 200,000.00 (Amount was adjusted by HACA) Kegler seconded, unanimously carried. A letter of resignation was received from Council member Mark Ollig. Ollig has been unable to attend meetings due to his work. Lenz motioned to offer the balance of the term (2 Years) to Jeff Albers, as person with the next highest votes from the Nov. Election, Kegler seconded, unanimously carried. (Should Albers not accept, Bonnie Quast, the next person with votes would then be offered the position) Lenz, due to his absence, then motioned to change the date of the next regular meeting to Dec, 21, 1998 (Monday), as there would not be a quorum to hold the meeting, Kegler seconded, unanimously carried.
