TRUTH AND TAXATION 2000 TAX LEVY PUBLIC HEARING DEC. 9, 1999 CITY HALL 6 P.M. Present: Gary Lenz, Jeff Albers, Bob Kegler, Tom Wiemiller Absent: Floyd Sneer Staff: Attorney Eggert, Aaron Reeves, Betty Zachmann Deputy Mayor called for the public hearing as published. There were no persons present, nor had the City received any written or oral comments. Hearing was held open until 6:30 p.m. Kegler motioned to set the levy at: General Use $332,700.00 Bond Imp. $181,950.00 Total 2000 Levy $514,650.00 Wiemiller seconded, unanimously carried. Kegler motioned to close the Truth & Taxation Hearing, Albers seconded, unanimously carried.
