Senior Linkage Line is a toll-free number available to older people and their family members to answer questions and connect people to community services, or match people with an individual volunteer who can help people remain at home. It also offers help with the state health insurance program - reviewing Medicare supplement policies, long term care insurance, provide information on Medicare, help Medicare beneficiaries file appeals, and help caregivers/Medicare beneficiaries explore other assistance programs.

The CMFGP needs volunteers age 60 or older to share their talents and skills and establish relationships with children having exceptional, emotional, and/or special needs. Volunteers provide support to professional staff by encouraging learning skills, interacting with individual children and giving emotional support and unconditional love in community agencies including schools, early education programs, residential facilities, and social service agencies.

Pacer is a non-profit organization, its services include an advocacy group for seniors with disabilities, and technical assistance advocates for families, including a grandparent program for grandparents with grandchildren with disabilities.
