CART is a county-wide door-to-door transit service providing safe, reliable, and affordable transportation throughout the area. Although aimed at seniors and the disabled, anyone is welcome to use the service. CART has seven buses driven by certified drivers, and 30 volunteer drivers who drive their own cars.

Medi-Van offers driving services across the state of Minnesota for seniors to their appointments. The program is designed to provide prompt, worry free transportation. Medi-Van serves the three county area – McLeod, Carver, and Wright counties – as well as the rest of the state and can take you to your scheduled appointment.

McLeod County provides long-term care consultation, to assist individuals in determining options for long term care. Those options range from home care provided in an individuals home to nursing home placement. It also offers services in vulnerable adult investigations.
